Return eligibility

To be eligible, an item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging and any included accessories. Items showing signs of wear, use, damage after delivery, or missing parts may not be accepted.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page. Include your order number and clear photos or video showing the issue so we can review it.

How to request a return

Contact us through our Contact page within 14 days of delivery and provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the request. Please wait for return instructions before sending an item back.

Return review

Returned items are inspected after they are received. We will contact you after the review to explain the available resolution. Please do not send a return without contacting us first.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes, body sprays, pierced jewelry, and personal-use items may not be accepted unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
